Hailing from the quaint village of Amble in the lush district of Chikmagalur — the land of misty hills, coffee estates, and timeless simplicity — the Nadig family carries with them a legacy deeply rooted in culture, dignity, and hard work.
Believed to trace their lineage back to the glorious Hoysala Empire era, the family’s ancestors are said to have served the Maharajas of Mysore as Shanbhogaru — trusted custodians who worked closely with the royal treasury and administration. Over generations, the family remained deeply connected to the land as proud agriculturists, nurturing fields of paddy and ragi with the same care and values they passed down through the family.
From the peaceful fields of Amble to the vibrant city life of Mysore, the generations evolved while staying beautifully grounded in their roots. Today, while the family has stepped into the world of business and modern enterprise, they continue to carry forward the warmth, simplicity, traditions, and togetherness that define the Nadig family spirit.
